One of Those Days

For some reason it's one of those days. I don't know why though. The weather was beautiful, the speakers at church were great, we went for a nice walk, I sat in the sun and read for a while and Rodney's starting to get the hang of giving a Hi-5. But still for some reason I'm feeling really blah, almost a little rudderless. I've got laundry, floors, dogs, cooking, fighting with insurance, chasing my beautiful boy and pumping. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. But with all of that I feel like there's really nothing driving me day to day. Don't freak out on me, I'm not depressed, just suffering from a bit of ennui. Nolan asked if I wanted to take something else on but I'm not sure what it would be or even if I could find the time to do it. Exercise was suggested but once again, where's the time? I've been trying to work out but Rodney refuses to leave me alone long enough to work up a decent sweat. I've been looking for another Karate class but can't seem to find any in Tremonton and once again, where's the time to go farther away? Driving to Brigham or Logan turns a 1 hour class into 2-3 hours. If any other stay-at-home moms have any suggestions I'd love to hear them. In the mean time I'll keep looking for something to jump-start my batteries again.

I'm sorry sister :( I wish I could do something to help.

Jillian's 30-Day Shred. Twenty-six minutes of cardio and toning and baby, you will sweat, and you will hurt so good.

I can't really go to a zumba class anymore since Steve is never home at the same time every week to watch Lucas so I got the dvds. They're pretty fun. I like the extreme stuff like p90x and Insanity too. They're hard but they get easier and I feel oh-so-good when I'm done. As for Rodney...do you have a play yard and will he let you put him in one to play while you exercise?
